Life without PC

It’s been still for a while and finally I decided to come out of my shell so I end up in club Seven last Friday, I wanted to make a post about it since it was Kim’s Birthday but I can’t do it without my PC. Partly because I can’t edit those photos to my preference for my blog and also, those photo size are too huge for my little blog and will flood my flickr capacity… so I posted them onto facebook album instead. I’ll make it up since it was such a good night.

As I mentioned from my previous post that I will get a better PC, I’ll have to cut down even more from my expenses and save for it. Currently, I’m using my old Dell P4 2.6 laptop, it looks as good but doesn’t process that well anymore, I can’t even watch Anime or edit photos from it! I’m feeling miserable not able to have dinner with my favourite Anime and Series already. But life without a computer is substitute with PS 2; I’ve been playing master league in Winning Eleven 10 – old soccer game. I’m using Manchester United in the League and don’t know why the heck I can’t get Owen over to my team during negotiation period after I offer a blardy high price for him? Eddie! I know you’ve been playing Winning Eleven 2008, so tell me the trick!

Anyway PS2 is just a temporary sidestep for now, I have bigger plans coming. My mum told me that she wants to visit Melbourne for Holiday and I’ll pay for her air ticket – precisely; this is not a request… So first is my PC, her ticket here, my own ticket back to Malaysia during end of the year and then Bangkok trip! – If only I got that $50 million… tee hee~ so hopefully everything goes accordingly… if not let’s make plans for some bank robbery with black toy guns!

So many places to go, so much things to buy but so limited cash, why is there so much limitations around?

Anyway~ I need a new computer, Pronto!

Time for a new one

Last night, there's sparkle around the power supply and “Poof!” there goes my P4 2.8…

I know it’s time for Core 2 duo and some outside activities~ No more series…

Hopefully, I can get the new set of PC asap.

Karaoke in Gold Band

Home is like a paradise; the feeling where you eat and watch shows, at the same time chatting with some friends online – peaceful is the word. This is one part of the life where I enjoy most; comfy seat, nice show, home wear and a proper chow of the day~ isn’t that relaxing?

Currently, I’m having a glass of Cognac on my king seat watching my favorite series (Prison Break) while writing over here. Anyway, did anyone realize that today is Friday the 13 - the so-called black day~ anyone has stories to share? Tee hee~

As for me, I’m always on the dark side so probably even the worst come-by, I wouldn’t feel it. Other than extremely more work than usual in the office today and some tiny mistakes that are not supposed to be done and too late to be undone now, I’m all good~ still standing in one piece…

Let's get back to the topic, Clement and Tiffany went back to Malaysia this Tuesday and I want to go back as well!! The thought of going back and to places excites me but my wallet doesn’t seems thick enough to satisfy my desires~

Anyway, that Sunday before they went back, they came dinner with me to catch up and then we went to Karaoke "Pou Dim" near my place~ that was the night! Karaoke is not all about the songs but about the friends that are with you, wouldn’t you say?!

And until they come back on July, this will be my last KTV session I guess…

It was really fun until my alcohol limit went over and sufferred from an annonymous back pain for the whole night, didn't get any sleep after that... So...... as for the time being...

Home sweet home!

Warchy's Kitchen

Nick was once my uni-mate in Deakin University, we were also drinking-mates who always look out for the best party place for the weekends. For the fact that we always went to clubs together with one big group of other friends, hang out and crack jokes in university when we met up with each other coincidentally, we were never close.

Never did I expect that today, I’m one of his closest buddy who gets along well with his whole family, they are very kind. His siblings, Warren and Michelle are here for their studies and parent will visit Melbourne for holiday at times. Kai-ma Connie, Warren’s ‘God-Mum’ just migrated to Melbourne from Singapore for work purpose. So basically half of the family is here, and they are whom I always hang out with~

They treated me like one family, it all started when Nick was my housemate by chance. We used to hang out everyday and got lesser after I started work. Now, for the reason that we are all busy with our own stuffs, we’ll make time to catch up with each other every now and then. Apparently, Warren is a good cook and Michelle is starting to put hands on the wok, so we are having dinners at home recently~

They always make fantastic meals when I visit them, and I can say these are the best food in Melbourne! It is always grand - only found in Warchy Kitchen (Warren only)! And tonight, I went over with my new camera!! Tee hee~ so I shot down their lovely work, there you go~

Warren is an idealist cook; he knows what he is doing in the kitchen, even a picky me surrender to his food - not even a gripe!! For I always tease him about marrying him if I'm a girl~ or maybe if he don't mind the current me... Okay that was a joke, I'm no gay~

These are some of the meals that we had before, it’s grade A+++

Sunday Chill

Latte by Kieny How, on Flickr

Anyone likes Latte as much as I do? But I can’t take too much of it, I’ll get a bit off from hyper heartbeat and eventually worn out from the caffeine effect.

Australia Lotto Dream

First joke of the day:

Second joke of the day:

So much to do... Yet McDonald's~

Today in office, I received an email from a friend who works in Commonwealth Bank and the content is:

I am organizing the Powerball for this Thursday (50 million biggest Jackpot ever).

Entry - $5 dollars each for those who interested.

The idea is to pool one big sum of funds and buy as many pick as possible to increase the winning chance;
Powerball~ very attractive!

Ever since I learnt about Australia Lotto, I’ve been yearning for it; hoping that one day, I’ll win a big one but reality always brings disappointment – the biggest I’ve won is AU$50 and it never happen again despite how many times I try. So, that pathetic 50 bucks become a valuable memory to me. I bought that Lotto ticket together with Eddie; I won the cash and he won a dinner so at least, we are not a Lotto Loser~

$50 bucks into pocket comes true and million bucks becomes a dream topic...

50 million dollars!! What is the first thing that you will do if you win?!
50 Million!! Powerball
Can you handle it?

I will Thank God first!!

Minami-ke - Chiaki the Princess

On average, I’ll watch at least one anime a day since I need them to babysit me to sleep – it’s a habit…

From that influence, if anyone happens to tell some cold joke in front of me, I’ll have that image of flying crow squawking over their head or the ‘uhh’ look with few drops of sweat behind – very animated…

Chiaki Chiaki

Chiaki: " What is a thing that starts crying and becomes smaller after it puts on its red hat? "

Apparently, I’m watching this comedy anime - Minami-ke (Review). It’s the slice of life story about this three sisters in Minami Family: Haruka, Kana and Chiaki.

Haruka is the oldest and responsible for house chores and the well being of both sister. Kana is the middle one who is impolite, rough and funny; annoying Chiaki is her hobby. While Chiaki is the youngest and the smartest of all three; she is a good analyser, meanest but respects and looks up to Haruka and the most important issue is that she is my favourite character in this one.

The reason I make reviews of anime in here is because I’ve watched heaps of them and since I can’t keep all of them due to limited hard disk space, I’ll put them in here so I’ll remember the title of my favourites, too much to remember. Also, using this chance to share with my anime addict friends…

Minami-ke is funny!

I was checking my mail and someone forwarded this to me and I’m glad I don’t own anything related to fur after I check my wardrobe~

Warning - The below clip contains explicit exposure, please do not watch it!!! This time is for real...

Can’t they do it in a proper way ?!?!?!?! Anyone think they'll have nightmares every night?

Anyway had your meal yet? If not...

Hope you enjoy it~

Home Play

Something to share…

Familiar with this epic sound track!? Does it give you an adventurous feeling yet? Yeah I went adventure with Harrison Ford last night; it was soooo exciting!! Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull's new discovery that bones of alien are pure Crystal! There are some interesting bug scenes like scorpions and swamps of big Ants!!

Want Advanture? Enter at your own risk~

After all, I still prefer Legendary show like LOTR~

I'm very obedient over the weekend; I stayed home playing around with the functions of my new camera! I bought it through e-bay for AU235 - brand new Brica (Taiwan Brand) 10 mega pixels with 3x optical and 4x digital zoom. It was a good bargain but I was worried at first that I might get ripped since I don’t trust e-bay sellers. So for the past 3 months, I’ve watched that particular seller’s feedback and checking forums about Brica’s pros and cons to know more. Despite the model’s parts are hard to find on the market, the price and quality are all at acceptable level since spending too much on a Digital Camera is the last thing I want. The only thing that I hope for is that it is as durable as Canon; where you can knock or drop (carelessly) as many times as you want and it will still work!

The picture quality is not too bad for its price, I'm not professional in this but I like the outcome. These are some of the nice ones I took in my room...
